Briefly describe where your company stands today.
A few sentences are enough. Your enquiry doesn't commit you to anything.
What happens after your inquiry
- I read your enquiry myself.
- You get my assessment: it's a fit, a partial fit, or a different step would be better.
- If it's a fit, we have a short talk about your situation, your goal and the bottleneck.

Common questions before you get in touch.
Do we already need an online shop or a strong brand?
No. Many companies have a simple website, a small catalogue or a few regular retailers. What matters is a product that people already buy. Whatever is still missing we build together, for example the positioning, the materials or a new sales channel.
What do you need from us to get started?
Time for a detailed first conversation, openly shared figures on prices and costs, the material you already have, and one person on your side who answers questions and approves content. Without this basis, I can't give you any useful recommendation.
How long does a typical project take?
A Trade Fair Check is ready 5 working days after the questionnaire. A Trade Fair Visit, a Lead Research Sprint, AI Product Images and a Market and Brand Diagnostic take about a week, Exhibitor Compact 1 to 2 weeks. A Market and Competition Analysis and an Asset Sprint take 2 to 3 weeks. Exhibitor Complete starts 2 to 3 weeks before the fair and ends 1 week after it. We set the exact schedule before we start.
What is not included in the price?
Ad budget, printing costs, photo shoots with models, travel, purchased market data, licences and running costs for external services such as hosting, CRM or tools, unless we agree otherwise. You get this list in writing before the project starts.
When do I pay?
Orders up to €1,000 are paid in advance. For orders above €1,000 you pay 50 % in advance and 50 % before the results are handed over. All prices are fixed prices; no VAT is charged (small-business rule, § 19 UStG).
Do you only work in Rostock, or across the whole DACH region?
I'm based in Rostock. I work remotely across the whole DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Conversations, coordination and approvals happen by video and through shared documents. On-site meetings are possible by arrangement.
