From the market question to a ready-to-use sales system.

Four stages describe what is produced; seven formats turn that into an entry point that fits your situation — from the compact diagnostic and trade fair preparation to the complete build-up. What matters is not producing as much as possible, but solving the bottleneck that blocks the next sensible growth step.

Services

Why the order matters

Each stage builds on the one before it.

The stages can be booked separately — but not swapped around at will. Product visuals without a clarified segment and message hierarchy can look beautiful; whether they sell is then a matter of luck. That's why every production starts with the question of who it is for and what message it should carry.

The four stages describe what gets built. How the collaboration runs is shown by the five phases on the approach page.

Stage 01

Market and Brand Diagnostic

Understand what exactly should be sold, to whom, why, and through which channel.

The problem

Many manufacturers know their product in every detail — but not the one market that will carry the next stage of growth. Without that clarity, every further activity becomes a bet.

Concrete deliverables

  • Kickoff and structured interview with the owner
  • Analysis of the product portfolio
  • Philosophy, origin, and strengths of the brand
  • Analysis of the category, competitors, and reference points
  • Segmentation of the B2B/B2C potential
  • Buying occasions and customer jobs, purchase criteria, and typical objections
  • Claims review: what can be said, what needs proof?
  • Price corridor and positioning logic
  • One prioritized market focus with a go-to-market recommendation
  • 90-day action plan

Questions this stage answers

  • Which customer group has the strongest realistic need?
  • Why do current customers really buy — and what holds others back?
  • Which statements about the product can be proven, which need evidence?
  • In which price corridor can the offer hold its ground?
Scope & boundaries of this stage
What you contribute
  • Time for an in-depth conversation (owner or management)
  • Honest numbers: prices, costs, current sales channels
  • Existing materials, even unfinished ones
What exists at the end
A documented market focus with assumptions, priorities, and a 90-day plan — as the basis for every further investment.
Not included by default
  • Primary market research with paid panels or test purchases — research depth follows the agreed scope
  • Legal or tax assessment of claims and prices

Stage 02

Offer & Sales Architecture

Translate the product and market knowledge into a commercial offer that is easy to understand and defend.

The problem

An assortment is not yet an offer. Without bundles, minimum quantities, terms, and arguments, price alone decides in the end — usually at the expense of margin.

Concrete deliverables

  • Value proposition for the prioritized segments
  • Message hierarchy: what gets said first — and what proves it
  • Product and bundle structure
  • Recommendations on B2B minimum quantities and discount tiers
  • B2B price list or trade sheet
  • Contribution margin model based on the client's data
  • The reasoning behind the pricing logic
  • Conversation guide for first contact and follow-up
  • Offer document or one-pager
  • Criteria for qualifying inquiries

Questions this stage answers

  • How does the assortment become a clear offer structure?
  • Which terms work for retailers and the manufacturer alike?
  • How is the price justified rather than merely defended?
  • Where does the studio's work end, and where does the client's selling begin?
Scope & boundaries of this stage
What you contribute
  • Cost and margin data (treated confidentially)
  • Decisions on capacity and delivery
  • Feedback on drafts in short loops
What exists at the end
In the end you defend your prices, bundles, and terms with confidence — in writing and in conversation.
Not included by default
  • Tax, accounting, or legal review — terms and models are checked by the client's tax advisor or legal counsel
  • Negotiating with specific buyers on the client's behalf

Stage 03

Sales Assets

Create materials that explain the product professionally and carry the sale.

The problem

Website, images, brochure, and price list are often created separately, by different providers, without a shared logic. The result looks weaker than the product.

Concrete deliverables

  • The brand's message and image system
  • Conversion-oriented website or landing page
  • AI-assisted product visualizations
  • Lifestyle and campaign visuals
  • Short explainer or product-benefit videos
  • B2B sales deck
  • Catalog, one-pager, and price list
  • Email templates
  • Content system for social media
  • Creative variants for testing
  • Handover package with files and usage guidelines

Questions this stage answers

  • Which materials does the prioritized channel really need?
  • How does the product look consistent and high-quality — across all formats?
  • Which content explains instead of merely decorating?
Scope & boundaries of this stage
What you contribute
  • Reliable product and packaging references
  • Approvals for product details, colors, and claims before publication
  • Access to domain/hosting, or decisions about it
What exists at the end
A coordinated set of ready-to-use sales materials — with documented source files and usage guidelines.
Not included by default
  • Media budget, printing, photo shoots with models, travel, and third-party licenses — unless explicitly agreed
  • Documentary product photography: where absolute accuracy is required, photography is done classically or in a hybrid workflow

Stage 04

Launch & Lead System

Don't leave the materials in a folder — prove them in real market work.

The problem

The most common mistake after production: nothing happens. Without a defined target list, outreach, and follow-up, even the best material stays ineffective.

Concrete deliverables

  • Ideal customer profile (ICP) and criteria for the target list
  • Research on potential B2B customers
  • Segmentation and prioritization
  • Landing pages per segment
  • Outreach sequences for email and LinkedIn — where legally permitted and appropriate
  • Setup of paid campaigns, if budget and data justify it
  • CRM or a simple lead tracker
  • A defined handover process for inquiries
  • Dashboard of the core metrics
  • Regular evaluations and optimization of messages, visuals, and segments

Questions this stage answers

  • Which companies or customer groups get approached first?
  • Through which channel — and with which message?
  • How are inquiries handed over, answered, and evaluated?
Scope & boundaries of this stage
What you contribute
  • Fast responses to inquiries (agreed response times)
  • Capacity to actually serve new orders
  • Willingness to learn from feedback and refine
What exists at the end
An ongoing, measurable market development process — with documented signals and clear next decisions.
Not included by default
  • Guarantees on sales numbers: a lead is a contact who meets agreed criteria or has taken a defined action — closing also depends on the product, price, response time, and market conditions
  • Media budget and the costs of external tools

Formats and entry points

Seven formats. Four questions. An entry point that fits your situation.

From the compact diagnostic via target list and trade fair preparation to continuous market work: every format has a clear scope, a clear duration, a clear price or a transparent pricing logic — and its own next step. The formats are sorted by the question you need to answer right now.

Create clarity

Before anything is produced: clarify market, segment, and offer so that every further investment has a foundation.

Market and Brand Diagnostic

For companies that need clarity first — before any larger investment.

Starting point
There is a good product and plenty of possible measures — but no solid assessment of which one comes first.
Result
An honest outside view of your product, positioning, and digital presence, with clear priorities.
  • Structured 60–90 minute kickoff
  • Compact audit of product, positioning, and digital presence
  • The 3 most important growth levers
  • The 3 biggest risks
  • A recommended priority segment or a first market test
  • Written action brief + 45-minute debrief
Timeframe
approx. 1 week
Investment
from €590

no VAT charged (small-business rule, § 19 UStG), depending on scope

If a Positioning Sprint, an Asset Sprint or a Sales Foundation is commissioned within 4 weeks, the diagnostic fee is credited in full.

Request the diagnostic
Framework and limits of this format
What you contribute
  • One meeting with the owner or managing director
  • Access to website, materials, and existing figures
Not included
  • Implementing the recommendations — that is what the follow-on formats do
  • Legal or tax assessment of claims and prices

Positioning Sprint

For manufacturers with a strong product but no clear market story and no defensible offer.

Starting point
The product is there, so are the customers — but segment, message, and pricing logic have not been decided. Every piece of material becomes a bet.
Result
A prioritized segment, a solid positioning, and the commercial logic behind it.
  • Analysis of market, competition, and customer groups
  • Segmentation and selection of one focus
  • Positioning and message hierarchy
  • Fundamental pricing and offer logic
  • 90-day plan with concrete next steps
Timeframe
approx. 2–4 weeks
Investment
from €1,500

no VAT charged (small-business rule, § 19 UStG), depending on scope

Request the sprint
Framework and limits of this format
What you contribute
  • Time for an in-depth interview and a decision workshop
  • Honest figures: prices, costs, current sales channels
  • Existing materials, even unfinished ones
Not included
  • Production of website, visuals, or materials — that is the Asset Sprint
  • Primary market research with paid panels or test purchases

Activate sales

Concrete occasions with a clear result: a verified target list or a prepared trade fair — without having to build the whole system first.

Lead Research Sprint

For companies that broadly know whom they want to reach — but work without a verified target list.

Starting point
The target group is roughly clear, but a verified, prioritised, and actionable list of concrete companies is missing. Outreach stays a matter of chance.
Result
A verified and prioritised list of potential B2B target companies with transparent selection criteria and a concrete approach for the next step.
  • Sharpening the ideal customer profile (ICP) with inclusion and exclusion criteria
  • Research and verification of potential companies at company level
  • Segmentation, prioritisation, and a short relevance note per entry
  • Source reference and verification date per entry
  • Recommendation for the next contact step
  • Handover as a structured table + short action brief
Timeframe
approx. 1 week
Investment
from €690

no VAT charged (small-business rule, § 19 UStG), depending on the number of segments and list depth

Request lead research
Framework and limits of this format
What you contribute
  • A description of your best customers today and the channels they came through
  • Exclusion criteria: regions, sizes, industries, existing contacts
  • One person who answers questions about prioritisation
Not included
  • Active outreach or campaigns — the list is the foundation, not the campaign
  • Automated cold emails or personal email addresses without a verified legal basis
  • Guarantees of replies, meetings, or sales

Trade Fair Sprint

For companies visiting or exhibiting at a trade fair — that want to plan the conversations instead of leaving them to chance.

Starting point
Trade fairs cost time and money, yet most contacts happen unplanned and fizzle out afterwards. Without a target list, conversation openers, and a follow-up plan, the return is a matter of luck.
Result
Not just attending: a researched list of the right people to talk to, prepared conversation openers, a plan for the fair days, and consistent follow-up afterwards.
  • Trade fair goals and a relevance check of the chosen event
  • Prioritised list of target contacts — exhibitors, partners, or target accounts
  • Conversation openers, key questions, and conversation guides
  • Structure for notes, lead capture, and qualification
  • Follow-up plan with time slots after the fair
  • Metrics to evaluate the trade fair result
Variants

no VAT charged (small-business rule, § 19 UStG); visitor from €1,200, exhibitor from €1,900, depending on the fair and number of contacts

Framework and limits of this format
What you contribute
  • Name and date of the fair, exhibitor directory or access to it
  • Offer, price range, and the people who will hold the conversations on site
  • Firm time slots for preparation and follow-up
Not included
  • Stand construction, logistics, tickets, hotels, and travel arrangements
  • Print and media budget unless agreed separately
  • Guarantees of leads or deals — the result also depends on product, price, team, and follow-up speed

Build materials and system

Sales materials on a clarified foundation — as a single sprint or as the complete build-up through to the prepared market test.

Asset Sprint

For companies with a clarified positioning that lack professional sales materials.

Starting point
Segment and message are decided, but website, visuals, and materials come from different eras and don't say the same thing.
Result
The core sales assets on an existing strategic foundation — without the full Foundation scope.
  • Prerequisite: a Positioning Sprint or an existing, solid strategy
  • Landing page or sales deck — depending on the bottleneck
  • Product visualisation for the chosen channel
  • One-pager or structure of the B2B price list
  • Alignment with the existing message hierarchy
  • Handover package with all files and usage rules
Timeframe
approx. 2–3 weeks
Investment
from €2,500

no VAT charged (small-business rule, § 19 UStG), depending on scope and asset selection

Request an Asset Sprint
Framework and limits of this format
What you contribute
  • Reliable product and packaging references
  • Approvals of product details, colours, and claims in short loops
  • Access to domain and hosting, or decisions about them
Not included
  • Strategy and segment decisions — they have to exist already
  • Media budget, printing, shoots with models, and third-party licences unless agreed

For a systematic market entry

Sales Foundation

For companies that want to build their digital sales completely — from strategy to the first market test.

Starting point
It is not a single piece that is missing but the system: market, offer, materials, and customer acquisition were never built as one path.
Result
Strategy, commercial architecture, the core sales assets, and the preparation of the first market test — with a single partner.
  • Market and brand analysis as the foundation
  • Offer and sales architecture
  • Website or landing page, product visualization, core materials
  • Explainer or product video as needed
  • Preparation of the first market test, target list included
  • Handover package with all files and usage guidelines
Timeframe
approx. 6–10 weeks
Investment
€6,000–12,000 after a needs analysis

no VAT charged (small-business rule, § 19 UStG); depending on the number of products, pages, assets, videos, languages, and channels

Request the Foundation
Framework and limits of this format
What you contribute
  • One fixed contact person with decision and approval authority
  • Cost and margin data (treated confidentially)
  • Capacity to actually run the prepared market test afterwards
Not included
  • Media budget, printing, models, travel, paid data, and third-party services unless agreed
  • Ongoing market work after the market test — that is what the Growth Partner is for

Keep developing

Once the foundation is in place: monthly cycles of implementation, measurement, and sharpening.

Growth Partner

For companies with a jointly developed foundation — typically after a Sales Foundation or a Positioning Sprint.

Starting point
The foundation is in place, but nobody regularly has the time to work target customers, evaluate reactions, and sharpen messages.
Result
Ongoing market development: agreed content, lead work, evaluation, and optimization in monthly cycles.
  • Agreed number of content and creative deliverables per month
  • Ongoing lead generation work
  • Analysis of market reactions
  • Monthly learning review
  • Optimization of messages, segments, and visuals
Timeframe
ongoing, monthly cycles — cancellable as agreed
Investment
Retainer, scope as agreed
Request a collaboration
Framework and limits of this format
What you contribute
  • One monthly alignment meeting and fast approvals
  • Feedback from sales: what became of the contacts?
Not included
  • Advertising budget and costs of external tools
  • Guarantees of lead or revenue figures

For orientation: the Market and Brand Diagnostic is the compact version of stage 01. The Positioning Sprint deepens stages 01–02, and the Asset Sprint delivers stage 03 on a clarified foundation. The Lead Research Sprint and the Trade Fair Sprint are occasions of stage 04 — the Trade Fair Sprint runs through all four stages in a shortened timeframe. The Sales Foundation covers stages 01–03 including preparation of the first market test; the Growth Partner accompanies stage 04 in monthly cycles.

My services are addressed exclusively to entrepreneurs and businesses within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), not to consumers.

Specialised modules

Four modules that work inside the formats.

Product visualisation, video, AI assistants and the architecture of prices and B2B materials are not stages of their own. They are used where a format needs them — in the Asset Sprint, in the Sales Foundation or as a clearly delimited single project after analysis.

Module · Product visualization

Develop product worlds before organizing a full shoot.

AI-assisted product visualizations make it possible to develop campaign visuals, usage scenes, and variants efficiently. The basis: reliable product references, a clear image strategy, and a defined approval process. Where absolute documentary accuracy is required, classic or hybrid photography remains the right choice.

The process in seven steps
  1. Check product and packaging references.
  2. Define target group, channel, format, and visual message.
  3. Create the art direction and shot list.
  4. Align on the first style frames.
  5. Produce the visual series and check it manually.
  6. Approve product details, labels, claims, colors, and proportions.
  7. Export the formats and hand over the usage guidelines.

What remains binding

  • AI-generated output can contain inaccuracies — every visual is checked manually.
  • You confirm the factual accuracy of product, packaging, and labeling before publication.
  • Legally sensitive claims are not generated freely, but flagged and reviewed.
  • Usage rights and restrictions of the models and asset providers involved are checked for every project.
  • Where necessary, real photography or a hybrid workflow is used.

Module · Video

Videos that don't speak louder — just more clearly.

A good sales video doesn't start with an effect, but with the situation of the person watching it. The goal is not to push anyone toward a purchase — it is to clear up misunderstandings, show relevance, and enable an informed decision.

Typical formats

  • Short product-benefit video
  • An explanation by the person who runs the business
  • B2B use case
  • Clip addressing typical objections
  • Onboarding video for retailers
  • Video for the landing page
  • Campaign variants for testing

Background: Experience with organic short-form distribution, format testing, and the evaluation of real platform signals. View the personal project

Every video is built around these questions
  1. Who is watching — a retailer, a buyer, or an end customer?
  2. What does this person already know about the product and the category?
  3. Which problem or goal matters to them right now?
  4. Why is the product relevant to that?
  5. What evidence makes the message credible?
  6. Which next action follows logically?

Module · AI assistants

Pre-qualify enquiries and provide knowledge — under human control.

An AI assistant takes on clearly delimited, recurring steps: initial qualification of enquiries, structured information intake, answers to frequent questions from verified materials, handover to a person. It is a controlled process with defined sources — not a salesperson without supervision.

Typical uses

  • Initial qualification of enquiries by offer, region and minimum quantity
  • Answers to frequent questions from approved materials
  • Internal knowledge assistant for prices, terms and processes
  • Handover of qualified enquiries to the responsible person

What applies without exception

  • The human decides — commitments, prices and approvals stay with a person.
  • Knowledge sources are defined before launch, answers are checked.
  • Personal data is limited to what is necessary; providers and data flows are reviewed before launch.
  • AI output is not legal, tax or professional advice.

Module · Pricing & B2B materials

A pricing logic you can defend in conversation.

Many small manufacturers set prices by intuition — and then give their margin back in discount negotiations. The studio structures the commercial side so that prices, quantities, and terms become justifiable.

The final numbers rest on your solid cost and margin data. Tax, accounting, and legal questions are checked by your professional advisors — the studio does not replace tax or legal counsel.

What can be created for this

  • Structure of the B2B price list
  • Recommended price tiers
  • Logic for minimum order quantities
  • Assortment bundles
  • Retailer margin scenarios
  • Structure for delivery and payment information
  • Sales deck
  • Product data sheet
  • Guide to typical objections

For agencies

Production in the background — under your agency's brand.

Agencies, studios and consultancies without their own AI production capacity receive product visualisation, short videos, campaign assets, landing pages, sales materials and research as a white label service — with clearly defined handovers and verifiable processes.

Not sure which stage is the right one?

That is exactly what the entry point is for: in an initial conversation or a compact diagnostic we clarify which bottleneck to solve first — before you invest in production.
