You have a strong offer. I make it visible, clear and ready to sell.
First clarify market and offer, then build the right sales materials, then win new customers in a plannable way – in exactly that order.

Not the numbers — but the method: developing formats, testing them in line with each platform's conventions, and learning from real signals.
View the content projectNot more content for content's sake. A coherent system in which market, message, price, materials, and customer acquisition work together.
A good offer doesn't sell itself — least of all in a systematic way.
Many specialist businesses win their first customers through quality, personal contacts, and referrals. But as soon as the next stage of growth approaches, the connecting structure is often missing: Which market is realistic? Which customer group has the strongest need? How should the offer be explained and priced? What materials does sales need — and how do they turn into qualified conversations?
That connection is exactly where I work: from market understanding through positioning and sales assets to structured market development.
Does this sound familiar?
Too dependent on a few customers
A large share of revenue hangs on a handful of retailers, contacts, or referrals.
Prices under pressure
Costs are rising, but pricing logic, bundles, and sales arguments aren't built on solid ground.
Too little time in daily operations
Production, staff, and customer service leave little room for structured market development.
You don't necessarily need more activity. You need the right order of steps.
Four stages. One coherent path.
Visuals and campaigns are stages three and four — market, offer, and pricing come first.

Visual series for a swimwear brand
A consistent visual world, transparently labeled as AI-assisted production.
AI-assisted campaign visualization
Start small, use a concrete occasion, or build systematically.
Market and Brand Diagnostic
A structured 60–90 minute kickoff, an honest outside view of your product and presence, three growth levers, three risks — and one clear next step.
Trade Fair Sprint
Before your next trade fair: a prioritised list of the right people to talk to, prepared conversation openers, a plan for the fair days and a follow-up plan — as a visitor or as an exhibitor.
Sales Foundation
Strategy, sales architecture, and the core sales assets from a single partner — through to the preparation of your first market test.
A strategic eye. Grounded in sales. Modern production.
I don't come from a classic advertising agency — I come from real B2B sales. That's why my work doesn't start with a design trend, but with your product, your customers, and your margin.

Clear answers before the first conversation.
Honest even where the answer is “no” — on guarantees, for example. Everything else gets clarified in the initial conversation.
What kinds of companies is this collaboration for?
For small manufacturers, product brands, and craft brands whose product already convinces real buyers — and who want to approach the next market or sales step in a structured way. What matters is less the size of the company than the willingness to examine numbers and assumptions openly and to own approvals internally.
Is the work just AI-generated content?
No. AI is a production tool, not a strategy. The work starts with the market, customers, prices, and the offer. AI-assisted visualization speeds up image production — every visual is checked manually, and product details, colors, and claims are approved by the client before anything is published.
Can individual modules be booked separately?
Yes, after a short analysis. The services build on each other but can be combined modularly — for example only the offer architecture, only product visualization, or an AI assistant for pre-qualifying enquiries. For concrete occasions there are dedicated formats: the Lead Research Sprint delivers a verified target list, the Trade Fair Sprint prepares a trade fair. What still matters is the right order: visuals without a clarified segment and message look good, but don't necessarily sell.
How long does a typical project take?
As a guide: a Market and Brand Diagnostic and a Lead Research Sprint take about a week, a Positioning Sprint two to four weeks, an Asset Sprint and a Trade Fair Sprint two to three weeks, a Foundation project six to ten weeks. The exact scope depends on the number of products, the available data, feedback speed, languages, and production volume — it is agreed firmly after the analysis.
Can you guarantee sales or a specific number of leads?
No — and no one can do so honestly. A lead is a contact who meets agreed criteria or has taken a defined action. Whether it turns into a sale also depends on the product, price, offer, response time, market conditions, and delivery capacity. What we do agree on: clear criteria, clean measurement, and honest evaluation.
Let's find out what is slowing your sales down right now.
In a short initial conversation we clarify your starting point, your goal, and the bottleneck. You then get an honest assessment of whether — and to what extent — a collaboration makes sense.
No guarantees promised. No packages sold without a real need. One clear next decision.
