How the collaboration runs
- Briefing: task, target group, formats, references, deadlines.
- A written quote based on scope, before production starts.
- Production in the background with interim states at agreed points.
- Handover as agreed: files, sources, review log, notes on usage.
- Revision rounds as set out in the quote.
- The invoice goes to the agency. The end client remains your client.
What applies and what doesn't apply automatically
- Confidentiality: a non-disclosure agreement only applies once both sides have signed it.
- Exclusivity exists only where it has been expressly agreed.
- Revision rounds are not unlimited. The quote states how many there are.
- The price follows the scope: no flat rate without analysing the assignment.
- I check all AI output myself. Professional and legal sign-off towards the end client stays with the agency.
- We clarify usage rights and the labelling of AI content in every project and put them in writing.
