Common questions before you get in touch.
Do we already need an online shop or a strong brand?
No. Many companies have a simple website, a small catalogue or a few regular retailers. What matters is a product that people already buy. Whatever is still missing we build together, for example the positioning, the materials or a new sales channel.
How accurately do AI images show packaging and product?
I never pass off AI images as real photos. They are based on good reference images of your product. You check and approve shape, colour, packaging and labelling. Where every detail counts, for example with mandatory labelling, traditional or hybrid photography is the better choice.
What do you need from us to get started?
Time for a detailed first conversation, openly shared figures on prices and costs, the material you already have, and one person on your side who answers questions and approves content. Without this basis, I can't give you any useful recommendation.
What is not included in the price?
Ad budget, printing costs, photo shoots with models, travel, purchased market data, licences and running costs for external services such as hosting, CRM or tools, unless we agree otherwise. You get this list in writing before the project starts.
Who checks prices, margins, advertising claims and data protection?
I work through pricing scenarios and flag statements that need to be checked. The expert review is done by your advisors: tax questions by your tax advisor, advertising claims and data protection by your legal counsel. This is how it works in every project.
What happens once the materials are ready?
Then we put them to use. We build a target list, approach customers, collect the first feedback from the market and evaluate it. If you want to carry on after that, you can do so in the Growth Partner format, in monthly cycles of implementation, measurement and improvement.
Do you only work in Rostock, or across the whole DACH region?
I'm based in Rostock. I work remotely across the whole DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Conversations, coordination and approvals happen by video and through shared documents. On-site meetings are possible by arrangement.
Why not a traditional agency?
An agency sells campaigns and hours. I first check whether the next step pays off for you. That's why every collaboration starts with an analysis and not with a quote. After that, I only implement what comes out of this analysis.
Why not simply work with AI tools yourself?
You can. The tools are there for everyone. But they won't tell you which target group is the right one, how to set your prices, which message comes first and in what order to proceed. AI makes production faster. It doesn't make the business decision.
Why external instead of in-house?
A dedicated hire pays off once there is regular marketing and sales work. Before that, what's usually missing is the groundwork this person could work with: target group, positioning, prices and the key materials. I build this groundwork with you and hand it over so that your team or a future hire can carry on with it.
What distinguishes the Lead Research Sprint from active outreach?
The sprint delivers the list. Reaching out is a separate step. You get a verified list of suitable companies, sorted by priority, with selection criteria, source and verification date. Plus a recommendation for the first contact. After that, either you or I take care of the outreach. Personal email addresses without a verified legal basis and automated cold emails are not part of it.
What does a Trade Fair Sprint do, and what doesn't it do?
It prepares the conversations that make a trade fair worth it: goals, a list of the most important contacts, conversation openers, a plan for the fair days and a follow-up plan with metrics. As a visitor you get a plan for your route and appointments. As an exhibitor you also get contact before the fair, a briefing for your team, assessment of the contacts and handover to your CRM. Not included: stand construction, logistics, tickets, hotels, and print and advertising budgets.
Does an AI assistant replace sales or customer service?
No. An AI assistant takes on clearly defined tasks that repeat: pre-sorting enquiries, taking down information, answering frequent questions from verified documents, preparing replies and handing over to a person. We decide which sources it answers from, and we check its answers. We limit personal data to what is needed. The decision stays with a person. The assistant does not replace legal, tax or professional advice.
Do you also work for agencies?
Yes. I produce in the background under the agency's name: AI-assisted product images, short product and explainer videos, campaign visuals, landing pages, sales materials and research. Images and video are made with AI and a production team in Ukraine, coordinated by me. Your client only sees your agency. We agree handovers, revision rounds and confidentiality in writing before the project. The price depends on the scope. There is no flat rate without looking at the job first.
