Briefly describe where your product stands today.

The clearer the starting point, the clearer it becomes what to tackle first. The inquiry commits you to nothing and doesn't automatically lead to a big project.

What happens after your inquiry

  1. Your details are read — by a person, not an autoresponder.
  2. You get an honest assessment: a fit, a partial fit, or a different step makes more sense.
  3. If it fits: a short conversation about your starting point, goal, and bottleneck — with no sales pressure.

Before you reach out: the most common questions.

Do I already need an online shop or a strong brand?

No. Many small manufacturers start with a simple website, a farm shop, or a few retail relationships. What matters is a product that is already bought and valued. Whatever is missing — positioning, materials, channel — gets built together.

How realistic do packaging and product visualization need to be?

Synthetic visuals are never passed off as documentary photography. The basis is reliable product references; shape, color, packaging, and labeling are checked and approved by the client. Where absolute documentary accuracy is required — for labeling obligations, for example — classic or hybrid photography remains the right choice.

What do you need from us to get started?

Time for a structured conversation, honest numbers on prices and costs, existing materials, and one person who answers questions and gives approvals internally. Without these foundations, no serious recommendation is possible.

What is not included in the price?

Media budget for ads, printing costs, photo shoots with models, travel, paid market data, licenses, and the running costs of external services (hosting, CRM, tools) — unless explicitly agreed otherwise. All of this is listed transparently before the project starts.

Who checks prices, margins, legal claims, and data protection?

The studio models pricing scenarios and flags statements that need review. Specialist checks sit with the client's advisors: tax questions with the tax advisor, legal claims and data protection with legal counsel. This division of labor is a fixed part of the process.

What happens after the materials are created?

Materials are a means, not an outcome. After production comes activation: a target list, outreach, first market signals, evaluation. If you want to keep working continuously, the Growth Partner format is there for that — with monthly cycles of execution, measurement, and optimization.

Do you only work in Rostock, or across the whole DACH region?

The studio is based in Rostock; collaboration works remotely across the whole DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) — conversations, reviews, and approvals happen via video and shared documents. On-site meetings are possible by arrangement.

Why not a classic agency model?

An agency sells campaigns and hours. Here, the first step is checking whether the next move actually pays off for you — which is why every collaboration starts with a diagnostic, not with a proposal. Only what survives that check gets implemented.

Why not simply work with AI tools yourself?

You can — the tools are accessible. What the tools don't deliver: segment choice, pricing logic, message hierarchy and the right order. AI speeds up production here; it does not replace the commercial decision.

Why external instead of in-house?

An in-house role pays off once marketing work becomes continuous — then it is the right step. Before that, what is usually missing is the foundation such a role could work with: segment, positioning, pricing logic and the core materials. Exactly that foundation is built here — and handed over so a team or a future hire can carry it forward.

What distinguishes the Lead Research Sprint from active outreach?

The sprint delivers the foundation, not the campaign: a verified, prioritised list of concrete target companies with selection criteria, source reference, and verification date — plus a recommendation on what a sensible first contact looks like. The outreach itself is a separate step that you or the studio take on afterwards. Personal email addresses without a verified legal basis and automated cold emails are not part of it.

What does a Trade Fair Sprint do — and what doesn't it do?

It prepares the conversations that make a trade fair worthwhile: goals, a prioritised list of target contacts, conversation openers, a plan for the fair days, and a follow-up plan with metrics. As a visitor you receive a walking route and appointment plan; as an exhibitor, the pre-show contact strategy, team briefing, lead qualification, and CRM handover come on top. Not included are stand construction, logistics, tickets, hotels, and print and media budget — and a sales result cannot be guaranteed.

Does an AI assistant replace sales or customer service?

No. An AI assistant takes on clearly delimited, recurring steps: initial qualification of enquiries, structured information intake, answers to frequent questions from verified materials, preparation of replies, and handover to a person. Knowledge sources are defined, answers are checked, personal data is limited to what is necessary. The decision stays with a human; the assistant does not replace legal, tax, or professional advice.

Do you also work for agencies?

Yes — as production in the background under the commissioning agency's brand: AI-assisted product visualisation, short product and explainer videos, campaign visuals, landing pages, sales materials, and research. Handovers, revision rounds, and confidentiality are set out in writing before the project. Scope determines the price; there is no flat rate without analysing the assignment.
